I have completed the following changes to the XML Encryption 1.1 editors draft: (1) clarification: added 'type="anyType" to the schema example for Parameters, also in the xenc-schema-11.xsd file. (2) validation fix: fixed id for aes192-gcm (3) updated reference for SP800-67, TripleDes, (NIST revised the document breaking the old reference) I also updated the section-by-section explain document to note these changes.
