Thanks for this review.

I assume we will update the XML Signature 1.1, XML Encryption 1.1, Generic Hybrid Cipher and XML Signature Properties references as part of the publication process.

I've updated the NFC reference, and as I mentioned I did not see an ANSI X.952 direct reference (which is why we went with the sub-optimal home page reference).

Now that I look at it I can update the XML Encryption draft, the explain, and generic hybrid ciphers draft.

I'll have to look at the issues with the requirements draft. However, can you please look at the requirements to see that they are all met in XML Encryption 1.1 and XML Signature 1.1, and also to see if there are any changes in Encryption that should have been documented in the requirements draft?
