Four updated working drafts published, also FPWD of XML Signature Streamable Profile of XPath 1.0

"The XML Security Working Group<http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/> has published five working drafts today. XML Signature 2.0<http://www.w3.org/TR/2010/WD-xmldsig-core2-20100831/>, Canonical XML 2.0<http://www.w3.org/TR/2010/WD-xml-c14n2-20100831/> and the XML Signature Streamable Profile of XPath 1.0<http://www.w3.org/TR/2010/WD-xmldsig-xpath-20100831/> are part of an ongoing effort to rework XML Signature and Canonical XML in order to address issues around performance, streaming, robustness, and attack surface. The Working Group has also published updated Working Drafts for its XML Signature Best Practices<http://www.w3.org/TR/2010/WD-xmldsig-bestpractices-20100831/> and XML Security Relax NG Schemas<http://www.w3.org/TR/2010/WD-xmlsec-rngschema-20100831/> Working Group Notes. I have updated the publication status page to reflect these publications and have also updated the WG home page with the news item. I also moved older news items to a separate web page to avoid too much information on the home page.

Much thanks to Pratik, Thomas, and everyone in the WG for getting these updates published.

regards, Frederick
