Yes I had added it to 1.1. From your message I assume we now have consistent drafts.

I agree we should update the example in 4.5.4 in both drafts - are you able to do this?

Perhaps it is my local environment but it looks like the ReSpec formatting of the table of contents is incorrect, using bullets inappropriately.
