Given no objection on the list, I have made these changes to the editors drafts of XML Signature 1.1 and XML Encryption. I updated the explain.html for XML Signature 1.1 accordingly, no change needed for XML Encryption expain.html.

Please review. Thomas, you will still need to update the SOTD as part of the publication process.
