The XML Security WG discussed the WS-RA approach on our teleconference last week (25 May 2010) and resolved the following [1]:

RESOLUTION: We agree with WS-RA's decision.

Thanks for considering our concern and letting us know of the WS-RA Working Group decision. In our opinion WS-RA issue Nr 9588 can be closed.
