Frederick,

I am confused by the schema files of XML encryption.    

First, the URI for xenc-schema11.xsd and that for xenc-schema.xsd shown
in http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmlenc-core-11/Overview.htm#sec-xsdSchema 
are identical.  Where is xenc-schema11.xsd?  I tried 
http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmlenc-core-11/xenc-schema11.xsd
but this returns 404.

Second, http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmlenc-core-11/xenc-schema.xsd 
and http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlenc-core/xenc-schema.xsd are different:  the
former has DHKeyValue but the latter does not.   Is this intentional?
