I had indicated that I would be unable to produce any code worth testing
around 1.1, but I'm pretty far along adding most of the new features to the
Apache C++ implementation and should be able to do some remote testing, if
nothing else.

I think there were test vectors available somewhere for ECDSA signatures?
Are those still online?
