I've update the home page with the publication news regarding the Last  
Call for XML Signature 1.1 and XML Signature Properties; the FPWD of  
XML Security 1.1 Requirements and XML Security RELAX NG Schemas, and  
the updated drafts of XML Security 2.0 Requirements and XML Signature  
Best Practices.
