I also think we should change the "Element" to maybe "QNElement" or how about "QNameInText" ?


I have incorporated these changes(kept it as "Element") into the document.

I'd rather go with LocalName if we're going to change it like that. NCName
is a bit obtuse.

I don't think it matters that much. The schema is a little weird looking,
but nobody looks at the schema anyway.
