proposed disclaimer text for implementation wiki

Here is proposed disclaimer/introduction text I have added to the  
implementation wiki [1]:

"The following is an illustrative non-normative list of  
implementations available for XML Security 1.1, in no particular  
order. This list is maintained in case it is useful, but may be  
incomplete or inaccurate. Please let the XML Security WG know of any  
additions or corrections."

Please indicate any suggested changes or improvements to this text on  
this mailing list.

This should complete ACTION-357
