Proposed closing ISSUES that have changes completed, please review

I propose we close the following issues as having been addressed in  
the current editors drafts. Please indicate any objection to closing  
these issues. If you are aware of any other issues that should be  
closed, please indicate so on the list.

ISSUE-78
XMl Signature 1.1 missing references and broken links
fixed during 1.1 FPWD

ISSUE-79
Clearly support OCSP response and CRL inclusion in KeyInfo?
OCSPResponse added to bullet list and noted in schema. CRL already  
present.
