ACTION-6: Sean Mullan to Investigate ebxml liasion

I have closed this action and updated tracker. The reason I have closed 
it is : "Sun does not have an EBXML representative at this time that
could act as a liasion."

Does anyone else in the working group know someone involved with EBXML 
who could be a liasion?
