It was suggested that I include the EXI test suite.  If that is not useful to us, then we don't have to include the same.

I suggest you update the page with the correct test material links Thomas. I believe EXI talked about how we might be able to use their test suites, but I'm not aware of any XML Security specific links in that suite now, so perhaps we ought to defer having that link.
