Suggested change to 3.2.5 in 3 Jan test case document

Suggest changing text in 3.2.5 of the test case document [1] since  
C14N11 no longer specifies rules in Appendix A [2].

Suggest changing from:

"This section defines test cases for checking if the applications are  
aligned with [XML-C14N1.1] Appendix A.
Each test case in this section specifies an input string,  
representing a URI that must be processed as per [XML-C14N1.1]  
Appendix A."

To

"This section defines test cases for checking if the applications are  
aligned with [XML-C14N1.1], specifically the normative rules in the  
[Document Subsets] section. Informative examples are given in C14N11   
Appendix A.

Each test case in this section specifies an input string,  
representing a URI that must be processed as per [XML-C14N1.1]."


[Document Subsets] can be a hyperlink to section 2.4 of C14N11 with  
the text "Document Subsets".
