Frederick,

since you sent (large) TIFF files as attachments, your message got
caught by the mailing list software.  However, I see the same
problem now (and some validity errors) -- the dt and dd elements in
the references are merged into one; I can't quite tell why.

I'll try to have a closer look later on today.
