Unnamed testcases

In reviewing some of the tests at the end of the C14n11 interop testcase 
document, I noticed that some of the testcases were unnamed.

It was unclear whether this lack of a name was intentional or accidental, 
and if it was intentional, what it might portend.

The unnamed testcases are in section 3.3.4.1 and 3.3.4.2 (or at least the 
ones I noticed were).
