ACTION-80 completed, update XML Signature examples

I have updated the c14n alg to c14n11 in examples in section 2, and  
added c14n11 transform to examples in sections 2.2 and 2.3 [1].  This  
completes ACTION-80.

Please review the redline for section 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 before the  
next call, so we can approve the red-line.
