Modified testcase document

Reminder:

I have updated the test case document to add an editors note  
regarding C14N11 Appendix A, according to ACTION-78.

The revised HTML is in CVS, accessible from
http://www.w3.org/2007/xmlsec/interop/xmlsig-interop-doc/testcases.html

and is linked from the Administrative page. Thus whenever we checkin  
to CVS the link should refer to the latest version.
