rmt-ns10-044 description

I really think this is a sane comment... the description in test case 
rmt-ns10-044 (and in the file rmt-ns10.xml) reads:

   Message : Colon in entity name

But should read

   Message : Colon in notation name

It was copied and pasted from the preceding test case.
