RE: XML schema test suite Expected result varies from Actual result According to Specification

For each of the tests listed, my own (Saxon-SA 9.1.0.1) results agree with
the expected results, and I'm not aware of any reported bugs on any of them.
But that doesn't mean you are wrong.
 
I would suggest raising individual bug reports against the tests you believe
to be in error (or include several tests in one bug report if you think it's
the same error), and explain in the bug report why you think the expected
result is wrong. It can also help to show the results obtained from other
XML Schema processors.
 
I looked at the first one on your list, addB183, and I have no idea why you
think the schema is invalid.
