Summary: Regex tests using multi-character escapes as range
                    endpoints
           Product: XML Schema Test Suite
           Version: 2006-11-06
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Microsoft tests
        AssignedTo: ht@inf.ed.ac.uk
        ReportedBy: mike@saxonica.com
         QAContact: public-xml-schema-testsuite@w3.org

In a range such as [s-e], s and e must be single characters. The following
tests in TestSet MS-Regex2006-07-15 break this rule by using an escape that
represents a set of characters as the endpoint of a range.

These patterns are invalid but the tests are described as valid.
