RE: [xml-dev] New release of W3C XML Schema Test Suite

This is excellent news.

First adverse comment: it doesn't set a very good example that the test
catalog uses as its namespace URI the relative URI "TestSuite". There's an
increasing number of tools that are following W3C's advice by not handling
relative URIs as namespaces...
