If nothing else, any WG comments on
http://www.w3.org/XML/2013/xproc-charter.html (the DRAFT new charter for
this WG) would be very welcome, especially as relates to deliverables
and timelines and duration. The WG can't actually produce Rec-track
documents that are not chartered without a charter change, which is a
relatively slow process (two to three months usually).
