Here are few comments on the 19th december version

1) Fix the blah blah at the top of the document
2) there is some RFC must that are not flagged as is (in 2 p:in-scope-names)
3) Naming
With respect to step names, most of the step names in XProc 1.0 contains a
verb ; it will make trouble to people to find again those step names because
of there different name construct scheme
** p:in-scope-names ==> p:set-in-scope-names
** p:document-template ==> p:template-document or p:parametrize-document or
something else because the fact that it start the same way as p:document and
p:documentation is not a good idea to me

4) Error codes points to nowhere

5) It might be good to give few examples of the results
