Sorry, by 'shortname' I meant the W3C URI shortname, the 'xxxx' in
REC-xxxx-20100431.  I've already 'minProfile' and 'basicProfile' for
the anchors for the two profiles. . .

I've been thinking about it -- it goes _so_ much further than the ones
we have got clearly in view.  I'll try to reply later today.
