I've re-staged the draft at

   http://www.w3.org/XML/XProc/docs/CR-xproc-20090528/

with the revised publication date, per webreq, and a slightly updated
SoTD, per Ian.

It should be possible to publish it simply by copying it as-is into
TR-space:

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/CR-xproc-20090528/

The document passes pubrules.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. If 28 May
is an inconvenient date, please suggest another alternate and I'll
happily adjust the pubdate.

Thanks, in advance!

                                        Be seeing you,
                                          norm
