p:filter select expression

Hi all,

To keep p:filter consistent with p:input/@select, I think it should be a
dynamic error if the select expression of p:filter returns anything else
than a sequence of element or document nodes.

I propose to change the description for err:XD0016 from:

"It is a dynamic error (err:XD0016) if the select expression on a
p:input returns anything other than a possibly empty set of element or
document nodes."

To:

"It is a dynamic error (err:XD0016) if the select expression returns
anything other than a possibly empty set of element or document nodes."
