(editorial) p:directory-list

Step vocabulary elements are defined for several steps, but not for 
p:directory-list (both at the step description - 7.1.6 - and summary - 
appendix E). They are somewhat informally defined in 7.1.6.

Moreover, c:directory, c:file and c:other all point into 7.1.6. With a 
vocabulary defined, they should point to appendix E.
