p:serialization refers to err:XD0020 which does not exist

Section 5.6 (p:serialization) says:

"It is a dynamic error (err:XXD0020) if the combination of serialization
options specified or defaulted is not allowed by [Serialization]."

- The error code should be err:XD0020
- The error code err:XD0020 is not defined
