XProc Editors Draft 2007-07-19: Section 4.4 Comments

As with the previous two sections, I think it would be useful for the 
section on <p:xpath-context> to be moved here.

It would be worth repeating (or referencing) the point that if the XPath 
context is bound to zero documents, the context node is a document node 
with no children.
