Technical comment on 2.5 Parameters. It says: Additionally, if a p:pipeline does not declare any parameter input ports, but contains a step which has a primary parameter input port, then an implicit (and unnamed) primary parameter input port will be added to the pipeline. I thought we'd agreed that an implicit primary parameter input port will only be added to the pipeline if one of its contained steps has a parameter input port.
