Should we have a face-to-face this year?

I mentioned on today's call that my travel schedule was starting to
get pretty clear through the summer, and accordingly that if we were
going to have a face-to-face this year, I would like to pin the dates
down soon.

Norm expressed some surprise at the proposal, as he didn't think we
would have one before the Tech Plenary (mid-November), and indeed
that's after our charter expires (31 October 2007).

I think a face-to-face would be a good idea -- we will, I hope, be
headed for or in CR by the summer, and meeting to a) wrap up any loose
ends and b) start getting our heads around the other obligation under
our charter (the XML Processing _Model_), would be a good idea.

What do people think?
