XML Processing Model publication request

Dear webreq,

The XML Processing Model WG agreed to publish[1] a First Public
Working Draft of "XProc: An XML Pipeline Language" on 28 September
2006. The Director has given his consent[2].

Please find a pubrules-clean version of the document in the following
staging area:

I believe that all that needs to be done is create the appropriate
directory in the TR area and do a recursive copy of the files from the
staging area. If anything else is required, or if you have any
questions, please don't hestitate to ask.
