New draft: 27 Nov 2006

Folks,

I published a new draft this morning that attempts to implement the
decisions we made on 16 Nov with respect to for-each and viewport.

I also added a first attempt at a RNC schema for XProc.

I reordered the appendixes, so the diff of the appendixes is pretty
much useless.
