Publication Request: XProc on 17 November

The XML Processing Model WG requests publication of the following
document:

  XProc: An XML Pipeline Lanuage

as an ordinary Working Draft. It is currently staged at
http://www.w3.org/XML/XProc/docs/WD-xproc-20061117/

The above URL is the publication-ready version dated November 17th per
my earlier message.

It is written to be published by being copied as-is into TR-space:

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-xproc-20061117/

The document passes pubrules.
