Hi, I've just had a look at the just-released draft of "XML processor profiles" <http://w3.org/TR/xml-proc-profiles/>. I wonder whether there is a reason for the different of wording between 2.3§1 and 2.4§1 (the former reads "while reading all external" whilst the later reads "while reading and processing all external").
