[closed] Re: p:exec - multiple source documents

Per the 9 Apr 2009 telcon minutes, I have updated the spec to indicate
that multiple source documents are not allowed. (A sequence has to be
allowed in order for it to be empty.)

I cheekily reused err:XD0006 which you may or may not think is
appropriate.
