The WG considered this on 19 Mar 2009 and reached the following
conclusions:

1. The value of the content-type should be the value returned by the
   server, irrespective of any override content type that might have
   been specified.

2. The value should be an exact copy of the header value, including any
   parameters.

I've attempted to clarify this in the spec.
