p:xpath-context bound to a sequence of documents

Hi all,

In section 4.4.1, we say that: "It is a dynamic error (err:XD0005) if
the xpath-context is bound to a sequence of documents." Does this mean
that p:xpath-context must be bound to exactly one document, or that it
can't be bound to more than one document? (I think the latter is
correct.)

I am asking because the schema for p:xpath-context allows p:empty, and
the last paragraph in 4.4.1 also mentions that the context note can be
bound to p:empty.
