Namespace axis

Note that the namespace axis is optional and deprecated in XPath 2.0
(and not implemented in at least one XSLT 2.0 processor), so I think
that you cannot require support for the namespace axis, unless you
persuade the working groups to un-deprecate (horrible neologism -
better suggestions please) it.
