Parameter input ports with sequence="true"

Hi all, 

I noticed that some steps still declare their parameter input ports with
sequence="true" in the specification (p:xslt, p:xquery,
p:xsl-formatter). Because parameter input ports always accept sequences,
I think the "sequence" attribute can be removed from the declaration of
these steps.
