p:www-form-urlencode/urldecode questions

Hi all,

How does p:www-form-urlencode encode parameters in a namespace?

Also, what should happen if p:www-form-urldecode decodes a parameter
that contains colon in the name? Currently, c:param cannot handle this,
because c:param/@name is always interpreted as a QName...
