Tutorial for xproc

I'm about to spend some time with xproc (Now that
Calabash is close to beta).

As an aid to my memory I'll document my experiments
as a sort of tutorial.

If there are any oddities, twists, novelties or whatever
that you think are worth mentioning, please let me know
(offlist I think? Bit OT for such a list as this?)
