Proposed new step: p:uuid

The p:uuid step returns a UUID:

<p:declare-step type="px:uuid">
  <p:output port="result"/>
</p:declare-step>

It could probably have some options/parameters to request different
kinds of UUIDs, but I haven't done enough investigation to know
exactly what they should be (or if they're needed).
