comment: link to definition of internal subset

Hi,

In the abtract and section 1 would it be appropriate when 'internal 
subset' is mentioned to link to the XML Rec.? i.e. this:

   http://www.w3.org/TR/2000/REC-xml-20001006#dt-doctype

since this is where internal subset is defined.
