I think they like to publish on a Tuesday or Thursday, and given how long we've waited, I don't suppose there is any reason not to give ourselves some time to make sure everything is ready. There aren't any moratoria coming up before August. So how about a June 30 pub date with correspondingly appropriate end date? paul
