Zakim is no more.

The new dial in number is +1 617 324 0000.
You can dial in directly or use the webex client at
https://mit.webex.com/mit/j.php?MTID=mc1156896bec942d319521903648bd6c4

We will probably rarely if ever use the screen sharing ability of webex,
so if you are dialing in directly, you probably don't need to use the
webex client in the browser.

We will probably continue to use IRC during the call as a back channel.

This may evolve as we gain more experience.

Oxygen folks could put it into Xerces but haven't committed yet.

Henry is seeing if Richard would implement it in his toolset.
Norm says no more than an afternoon's work should be involved.
