Yes, as a WG we came to all these conclusions months ago,
and we decided we would just publish the document at
https://www.w3.org/XML/Group/2004/06/xmlschema-1/structures.errata-2012.html
pretty much as is.

Hence the current actions for you two to (1) confirm that none
of the changes will require new implementations, and (2) figure
out how to push that document through the publication chain.

That's basically where we've been for a long time now.
