Neither Paul nor Norm can make October 17.
October 31 will be in the middle of TPAC.

Our next telcon will be November 14.

Note that the shift from daylight to standard
time occurs in North America, the UK, and Europe
either October 28 or November 4, but in any case,
by November 14, we should be back in sync for
everyone's local time (with perhaps DV in China
as an exception).

Henry is not happy about this issue being pushed to HTML.next.
He has pushed back personally, but now he asks the WG to
consider escalating this issue.

Henry points out that almost all modern browsers support
this already, so it makes no sense not to document this
in HTML5.

Norm thinks the WG should make a WG statement on this issue.

CONSENSUS to make an official WG statement requesting that
handling of xml-stylesheet with type=text/xsl be addressed
in HTML5 (V.now).

ACTION to Norm:  Write a WG statement on this and post it as
a bugreport response from the WG.  Also plan to discuss this
with HTML5 folks at TPAC.

DV had some good comments and a discussion with Norm at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xml-core-wg/2012Oct/thread#msg2

Norm explained the email exchange.  One possible solution
is to use mime types for (non xml and text) values of the
parse attribute.  Norm proposes that we make this change,
but Paul wants to publish it now.

(Specification of mime types is in RFC 2045.)

Proposal:  Publish as it is in the September 28 draft along
with an addition to the SOTD explaining our proposed idea.
(We will plan to implement the use of mime types in our next
working draft--which should be ready for final review at the
TPAC f2f!)

The WG had CONSENSUS to publish XInclude 1.1 as it appears at
http://www.w3.org/XML/2012/08/xinclude-11/
(net minor changes to the SOTD) as a FPWD.

Liam reminds us that we need permission to publish--as well as
approval of xinclude-11 as a short name--from Philipp Hoschka.

ACTION to Paul:  Send in the transition and publication requests
for XInclude 1.1.
